The coffees I've tried were all very good - probably a bit better than Starbucks. Service is a bit agonizingly slow, but I guess no worse than Starbucks. I've had several very friendly servers, which always made me smile. Prices are similar to that of Starbucks (so a bit prices for a cup of coffee). They do offer a few treats, but I wish they had more of a selection. I think if they also offers some more "special" treats, it would really make this coffee place stand out. I love to have a really great sweet treat to go along with my coffee sometimes, and their options are too few. They also sell some coffee related items but they were overpriced for what they offered (I knew I could buy the same items elsewhere for less). But otherwise, its a good cup of specialty coffee to sit and enjoy while you're out at the mall.
