CHC helps. Computer House Call is a good company for what you need. Anything computer related they can fix and tell you in terms you can understand what is wrong. The consultant that came to my house was very well mannered and he was patient with me and my lack of knowledge with technology. CHC's quick response to my problem was great considering i am very busy and needed my computer fixed right away for my job. Computer House Call is the right company to use and i recommend it to all my friends with computer problems.

knowledgeable and talked in my language. There is nothing worse than calling Dell support and talking to some guy you don't understand. Its hard enough. I called Computer House Call and they came the next day and saved my data and then wiped the whole thing out and rebuilt it. Apparently my operating system was corrupt. It works great now and is faster than its every been. Forrest was very helpful and made sure that everything was put back that I use. I would use these guys in a heartbeat!

Got rid of my virus and it works great. I had a virus and I could not get on the internet. Paul from Computer House Call came and within an hour and half had my machine virus and working fast. He installed AVG antivirus software and showed me how to keep my computer from getting viruses. He was very polite and did a great job!

Great service, honest people. I had a bad virus and my computer was not coming up. Computer House Call came out to my house and got me fixed up in a couple of hours. They got rid of the viruses and made sure I had some good anti-virus software. They set up a weekly routine that I run to keep things safe. They were timely and the price was right.

Fast and reliable. This is the second time I have used computer house call. Both times they were able to make an appointment for me within a day or two. The technician arrived when he said he would. (no waiting around for hours wondering when they are going to show up). He solved the problem quickly and told me about some upgrades I should think about, although he never pressured me to get them. Over all the service was very good and if u ever have a computer problem you should give them a call.

Computer House Call you saved my life!. Computer house call saved my life! I am a Engineering student. My computer crashed on me 3 days before my final project was due. All of my work was saved on it including by 7 page paper. The technician that came to assist me was very punctual arriving only minutes after the scheduled time. He was very smart and explained everything he was doing to me without all the technical terms. He was able to fix my computer and give me all the need upgrades to make my computer run smoothly. If it wasn?t for Computer House Call I would have spent countless hours reweighing my paper and project.

Bad Computer Service. I did not receive the type of computer I was promised nor did I receive the software installed I was promised. I received what appears to be a cheap computer with software that does not work properly, at least one virus, problems with boot up and with shut down. I would not recommend this company. The owner has not offered to correct the problems. His technician took my Norton Utilities disk, installed it, reregistered it to his company under my account number without my permission. I asked to have my old computer returned so I could donate it to Goodwill and it has not been returned. I paid them $943.20 for what was supposed to be a"superior" machine. It is not.

HIRE ANOTHER SERVICE, Computer House Call is a disgrace. The tech showed up on time, I will give him that much. Other than that he was completely unable to perform a task that he assuredly told me he was able to do. He wasted time explaining things to me that went straight over my head, and was quite condescending. Please do not waste your time or money on Computer House Call. The service tech was arrogant, incapable, slow, and also a social misfit. I hope this saves at least another person the horrible experience that I had with Computer House Call, which is absolutely a terrible business.

excellent service, knowledgeable staff. A tech came out and fixed my computer and did a great job. I would have these guys back.
