Big ripoff. After a month of wearing
their arch supports, my foot pain went from bad to unbearable. That s when I found out about their no refund policy. They charged me $25 for a heal lift that I found for $6, and $20 for a $2 insole. If you don t want custom orthotics, try the Dr. Scholls kiosk at WalMart. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

Fantastic Customer Service!.
I was just past the warranty date when my doctors realized that I should use a less drastic type orthotic from Good Feet.
I called the store, spoke to August.........he completely took care of me. He personally re checked my feet and shoe styles....then just exchanged my old orthotics for a new, different style to help me.
I strongly reccommend the Good Feet Store! Most companies would have just said........too late......
Go see August ...at the store.
