Horrible customer service!!!!. Just a couple of hours ago my wife, daughter and i had the worst and most unprofessional experience i've ever had at any fast food resturant!! While at Burger King on Lincoln Way in North Versailles i ordered french fries and nothing else at the drive-thru. I received them very cold and far from etible! So to not hold up the line i went in and asked the first person i saw, which happend to be amy ( A MANAGER!!) if i could please have hot fries. Her response to me was " you should have specified if you wanted hot fries or not mam." I'm livid still as i write this! Since when does a customer paying hard-earned money have to "SPECIFY" that they want hot food? Isn't that a given? Im a manager of a food shop and would NEVER respond to a customer in that manner! To top it off several employees behind her were laughing BLATANTLY!!! Rather than correct them she continued in a VERY FACETIOUS manner as if to impress them, making me feel like i was wrong. I then asked amy ( THE MANAGER) if she would eat cold fries? With her employees still laughing she looked back at them then back at me and said "YES." If i were the owner of that chain AMY would no longer be a manager or even a window washer for that matter! I didn't expect to leave BURGER KING embarrassed. And if i so I didn't expect it to come at the hands of the people who work there. I'm surely telling everyone i know of my experiece and as a result AMY ( THE MANAGER) may have just cost the company needed money! I will NEVER go there again!!!!!

Flame-broiled burgers--especially the trademarked Whopper--are royalty at this popular fast-food chain.. In Short
Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
