At the beginning of September, I moved into an apartment building that is managed and maintained by Lobos Management - Bentley Apartments. The building is right on Fifth Avenue in Shadyside, and I couldn't ask for a better location. I'm close to work, public transportation, and all of the the shopping, food, and bars in Shadyside. I can walk to work, Target, Whole Foods, Giant Eagle, the Harris Grill (my favorite place to drink), and if I need to do any major shopping, I can pick up a bus to the Waterfront right in front of my building. It's clear, well cared for, and the other residents are friendly and quiet. The company has been very attentive and have addressed any little concerns that I may have had over my first month in the building. So far, so good! Highly recommended!

I move to the PIttsburgh in 2010 and rent a lovely flat in the Oakland neighborhood. My building is known as the Ashley Place and it is very nice. There are big windows and that I can see the street below reminds me of home. My best thing about the flat is the laundry right in the building. In France I must go to the laundry station to clean my clothes. I walk to work and enjoy the area very much.

Me and my wife just got separated and I needed to find a place to live fast. Job is in Bellevue so i couldn't go too far away and when I was searching on the computer I found a bunch of apts. run by the same people. I didn't need anything too fancy and the lobos company helped me make the move pretty easy. I got a nice efficiency apatment that is the perfect size for my stuff and the price is good. since i still pay on the morgage for my wife i needed an affordable place and lobos did it. Sumner Place.

i rented from lobos management the whole time that i was in college and never had any problems with them. the best thing about them is that you can pay your rent online. all of my previous landlords made me send a check in the mail and that was a pain. who even has a checkbook anymore? i paid my rent right through their website. i never had anything go wrong in my apartment but i know the neighbors had some heating issues. the company sent somebody out to fix things so i guess it was okay. i'd rent from them again.

I moved to Pittsburgh from Chicago about a year ago and rented an apartment from Lobos Management. Although the online reviews of the company did not look so hot, the sheer number of apartments available in the East End and Squirrel Hill areas of town made it really easy for me to find a great place to live. When I first called their office to schedule an appointment to visit some buildings, the woman that I spoke with was friendly and informative. Somehow, though, I didn't end up meeting with her. I guess she was busy or something, but the agent that did meet me was great. I think her name was Mandy (?). Being new to the city and unfamiliar with many of the neighborhoods, Mandy did her best to answer any of the questions that I had about about each area that we looked at. I eventually decided upon an apartment in a really nice building in Highland Park. It's spacious, super cheap (compared to what I was paying in Chicago) and close to shopping and restaurants. I'm loving it so far!

Got a great apt on Ellsworth Ave from these people. Perfect location that is really close to lots of great party spots. Property is nice and the rent isn't too bad for the area.
