The WORST restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh! I don't know how they get away with treating their customers so rudely! I will never go there again and will advise others not to waste their time or money! Using profanity towards your customers is totally inappropriate. New look but terrible service!

I won't be back. Rude staff.. I won't be returning to fat tommy's again. I gave it a go for lunch, but generally don't frequent restaurants after being yelled at not once, but twice by the staff.

Very poor service. pizza slightly above average although it has dropped a notch. Service terrible.

Awesome Place!. Fat Tommy's is an awesome place! I don't think that the staff is rude at all; I mean if they have sixty people in a tiny place like that of course they will be very blunt with you when you are being a moron. Just to be frank, the staff are not there to educate you. Everything that you need to know is in plain English on the walls.

Favorite pizza would have to be the white pizza and I also love the italian subs.

So, if you want a no BS place to get your food where it's all home made and fresh, go to Fat Tommy's! And don't expect to be babysat!!!

Super Rude Staff!!!!!!!. The staff there are super rude. They need to know how to appreciate their customers! As much as I like their pizza, I will not return!

Don't waste your money!!. The food is lousy and Fat Tommy is a jerk. Beware of ordering any specials. Fat Tommy has alot of rules - you only find out about them when its time to pay.

Rude Staff. The pizza is decent, but the waitress is EXTREMELY rude. She was not only rude to me but to several other customers during our visit. Speciifcally, I noticed customers walk right out the door after being yelled at by this waitress. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would recommend others to avoid this place as well. There are too many other good places to eat...

Some of the best pizza in the Burg. Fat Tommy's pizza is sooooo gooooood! And its run by a REAL Italian - no fake sauce or cheese or crappy toppings.

Best Pizza in Town. The white pizza is my favorite! Zucchini planks, salads, hoagies all yummy. Great lunch specials, in and out quick and inexpensive. Some of the best pizza I've had ever. Highly entertaining too if you catch the owner on a good day.

Love Fat Tommy's. Be sure to stop in- Although you may not have heard of FAT TOMMY'S stop in and try a pie. I like the sausage and mushroom and you can't beat the this traditional pie anywhere in the city.
