BEWARE and test all laptops before a purchase. Hello Pittsburgh on a Budget,

Just wanted to tell you to check ALL LAPTOP computers if you are buying from Goodwill Computers on the Southside Works. I had to get one in an emergency and get to FL, the manager forced me to take one I didn't want, he said "O it is superior to the one I picked". I believed in Goodwill and him. I ran out the door with it at $314.00 only to find out when I got to my boy in Tampa Hospital waiting for a kidney, Youtube didn't work. I downloaded Flash and it kept crashing. They are on highspeed comcast and it will work well in the store, but as soon as you try it with a normal laptop connection, no videos at all. Furthermore, they wouldn't help with an exchange. Further when I looked up the director on google to complain before I go to BBB it says "PRIVATELY OWNED" What the heck? Goodwill? This is the worst rip off I had. I am on a fixed income and for $50 more could have got a brand new one in Walmart or Kmart or any other store. So please save your money, they are liars. The tech who originally worked on it admitted in front of me and other employees, it was too old to handle news videos or Youtube without a cable connection. They would NOT exchange it for me and I'm stuck taking a computer to Tampa General Hospital where my boy is and can't show him the family up here which I put on Youtube. This is dishonorable and also misrepresenting since I was never told what would and what would not work. Go get a new one at a store you will thank yourself!
