HORRID SERVICE AND NO SOLUTION from OWNER. ..............RUDE PEOPLE.

My experience with this establishment has been one that is consistent. The food is the same, decent and up to par. However, the last time I went to Big fellas I was thrown a bag to put own food in for take out. Some of the other staff even asked the female clerk why she had acted so rude. This is not satisfaction. I will post what the owner has to say on this matter in the future, but felt that this matter had to be shared.

****UPDATE....

I have waited 3 days for response from owner with NO reply or call back. This is not the way to run a business or the way to handle customers. AVOID this place if what you want is SERVICE. There are other reviews on YAHOO LOCAL SEARCH AS WELL. This is not the only response to this mistreatment of customers. I will pass this on to all my friends who order pizza or wings.

Nasty cooking, bad management. Food would be great if not burned, then raw after complaining.Several deliveries different nights, either forgot something or poorly cooked...wait hours for re-deliveries after being rudely handled on the phone...never again, gets worse each order!!!

Very popular in my office. I've been ordering from Big Fella's since they opened (6+ years). In that amount of time, they've been late to my office maybe once, and have screwed up an order maybe 2-3 times. When I say that I'm ordering from there, I always have 2-3 takers in the office.

The pizza isn't great. The wings are usually of a very good size with all the basic flavors covered. The subs are also good, most coming on rolls made by a local bakery.

However, Big Fella's is "good, bad food". It is not the place to go if you are on a diet. Also, large groups tend to be uncomfortable, as they are light on the seating.

BAD FOOD. Disgusting food and way too expensive. Complete waste, do not waste time. Pizza has no flavor and is grossly filled with grease! Wings are not good at all!! Don't waste money

Avoid at all costs. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I Ordered for delivery and it took and it took an additional 45 minutes on top of the estimated half hour they told me when ordering. The food was cold and did not taste good at all!!! They had also forgot to send an item and after an additional hour for a calzone i told the lady at the store to forget it. She was so rude and told me at the end of the call they didn't need my business. So I guess they never heard of take care of your customers!!! Also it is WAY over priced!!!
