I just wanted to let you know your
service man Jason just left my house about an hour ago and I thought I would share with you how pleased I was of him.
In all of my years of having service men come to the house I have never felt more comfortable than today. He was very professional and wasn't bothered by my 2 boys here being loud. I could tell he loves his job and is proud of his work. I just hope that in the future when I have a service man come to the house he will be as nice and proffesional as Jason was.
He unfortunately was not able to get my tv fixed due to a lamp issue, but that did not stop him from going the extra mile to help me get a new one.

We called Superior to fix our 80" Sharp TV.I have had problems in the past with service companys I was hoping this experience would be different and it was.Superiors staff handle us like we where there only customer it was wonderful.They triage our TV over the phone came out with the parts in 48 hours and our TV was fixed.
This is the type of service company anyone would be happy with.I will use them for all of my electronic repairs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had a 3 yr old fridge that was covered under an extended warranty, and Superior Electronics happened to be the only place in the area who would repair it due to difficulty finding parts. The repairman came out on a friday, spent 15 minutes looking at my fridge, "decided" he knew what was wrong (even after I told him exactly what the problems were) and then left. It took SE until the following tueday to even send the repair quote back to the warranty company, from which they got an almost immediate OK from. It took SE another 2 days (thursday) to even order the parts in. I called the following tuesday wondering what was going on with the parts, and was told some of the parts weren't shipped out yet, and they ddin't know where they were, or if they were backordered, and basically couldn't give me an answer. They FINALLY got all of the parts in and scheduled an appointment for that thursday or friday (2 weeks after their initial visit, and 2 weeks without a fridge). The repairman came, did his work, and then told me he had to go out to his car real quick, and at that point I heard very loud vibrations coming from the fridge. He came back in and told me the compressor fan was also broken and he didn't have the part so he would have to go back to the shop and came back to install a different day. Which I found quite curious because part of my original complaint was that the fan and fan/motor had stopped working, and why he only ordered the fan motor and didn't order a replacement fan (a $4 part) in the 1st place was ridiculous. So he left, and I decided to clean out the "NEW" ice machine bucket because 1 of my issues was that the ice bucket was ALWAYS grinding the ice before dispensing and would always make a mess. I take the ice bucket to my sink to wipe it out, and find ice cubes inside of it,..... so apparently he dismissed that issue also when I told him about it. He decided to order/replace the ice cube MAKER only, and not the ice cube bucket/dispenser. I immediately called the warranty company, completely irate about Superior Electronics inferior service, and they decided to cancel all service orders with SE, and cut me a check to replace the fridge. Superior's customer service at the office was rude, and their customer service in-home seems to be ill-equipped to listen to customers issues, and order the correct parts the 1st time. I Would definately discourage EVERYONE from ever using Superior Electronics.
Any company who can't turn around a repair on a major appliance, ESPECIALLY a fridge in less than a week, let alone 2 weeks, should be closed for good.
Great Fast and Friendly Service. I called Superior Electronics when my Lg Plasma television went on the fritz. Regardless what I did I could not get a picture on the screen. They said that they actually had a tech in my area that day. They would get in touch with him and have him stop by. A few short minutes later I received a call from the technician. i explained my problem to him. He said he would be by later that day. He did in fact come that day. He repaired my television on the spot. I have not had a problem since. I will call Superior anytime I have a problem.
Polite and Professional. I'm not easily pleased, but everyone at Superior Electronics was polite and professional. Having a small business myself these people know how to talk to their customers and explain to their customers what was wrong with their TV. They certainly did with me and they delivered as promised in 2 to 4 business days (they fixed Grandma's Sony 47" flat screen ) Five stars to Superior Electronics, you and I are some of the last holdouts of good customer service.Thank you Superior

My 42' Vizio LCD TV lost its picture every TV Shop I called said it was not worth fixing,I just bought this TV 2 years ago and I could not believe all the TV shops told me to buy a new TV.So I got a hold of Superior Electronics they said it could be fixed I was skeptical but I had no choice the girl on the phone seemed to be knowledgeable.Superior came out the next day and found a burned resistor on a board in the TV.they only charged my $90.00 dollars for everything and my TV Was fixed,I was so HAPPY I could and did cry ,I am on a fixed income and cannot afford another TV.I want everyone to know that I am so grateful to Superior Electronics.I think everyone should use this company I know I will never go anywhere else.
Great Experience. Superior Electronics is a wonderful company to deal with Friendly staff,knowledgeable techs,polite and very easy to deal with.They came to my home 24 hours after I called them to fix my Sony TV and they installed my DirecTV in the same Day.You cant get better service than that.I would recommend Superior Electronics to everyone

Our 42" Samsung Plasma went out on Tuesday 2/2/11 , I called all the local shops in my area No one could come until after the superbowl and the ones that could come before the superbowl,Had no idea what could be wrong with my TV.I called Superior Electronics they knew wahts was wrong over the Phone They told me how much it would cost to fix and They would be out Friday 2-4-11 This seemed to good to be true But is was True.Not only did they fix my TV Before the superbowl They also fixed my Microwave on the sameday.
I will use Superior For all my Electronic needs.
