Tips for Italian Village Pizza

This is one of those places that advertises that they take credit cards on the door but won't actually take a charge card for payment unless you place a big order. The pizza is passable, the tables aren't clean, and the staff isn't particularly friendly.

The City's Best Pizza.
IVP is the place for pizza! In a neighborhood which supports no fewer than five pizza shops...Italian Village reigns supreme! The pizza is traditional New York style pizza with the friendly pizza boys to make the trip that much better! Pepperoni rolls are a must try for newcommers! The village makes them like no one else. Does anyone else make a pepperoni roll? Subs, salads, all good and always fresh.

Up the street, it cost $14 for a large soggy cheesy pizza. Here its 9.99....what a deal...#1...thanks for being so close to me...i love it!

Best Pizza in Pittsburgh.
Best Pizza I've had in Pittsburgh. I'm from the NJ/NY area and I struggled to find a decent slice of pizza in this city. Italian Village is the closest thing Pittsburgh comes to a real pizza. Great value as well - The size of the slices make Aiello's & Mineo's look like a joke!
