I came into the store and bought the wrong phone for my needs. When I called back, I spoke to John and explained my problem. When I brought it back, there was John standing right in front of me ! I walk with a cane and he said, ":Stay right here, I'll get it for you". I waited, John picked out the right phone, took care of the credit card paperwork, and came back with a smile on his face ! 5 STARS BEST BUY !!!!
