Awful Care- I would Not Send Anyone I Cared About Here

You are treated like a number. The nurses and doctors are extremely uncompassionate and there is no consistency of care. I called the emergency line with complaints a few weeks after I had a baby and no one called me back!!! The staff is extremely rude when you call. They make you feel like they you're a burden. The physicians and nurses do not take your complaints seriously. They do not take the time to listen to you. They are in and out of the room as quick as possible. They are unfamiliar with your history. I had to repeat my histrory multiple times. You feel like you are completely on your own when you are pregnant. You feel like you have no care.

would not be my first choice... or my second!

i had 2 chances to get to know this doc and both times i found him to be arrogant and demeaning. i think he is the type that is getting "burned out" of the medical profession. he never really looked me in the eyes or came down to a personal level, which i believe to be an important quality in a doc if they are going to be involved in such a huge event as your health care and delivery of your baby. my personal opinion is that he was very cold. not the doc to pick to delivery your baby if you want personal attention or compassion. i made sure i saw another doc the rest of my pregnancy. other docs in this practice are WONDERFUL!
- Pros: All other staff is GREAT! MA's are wonderful and personable. nurse nancy is so sweet!
