tasty food!!!!!!!!!!. I was turned on to this place a few years back and i frequent it about once a month. Friendly family if you bother to get to know them. terrific new flavors to me. I am a huge fan of all of the condiments (although this is a bit more of Laos flavor than Vietnam). a bit americanized i will admit, but truly a diamond in the rough!!!!!! i like the #42 and shrimp rolls(fried ones) . don't be afraid of the fish sauce, it is your friend!

Wonderful, inexpensive food. Great service, wonderful pho soup and spring rolls. tofu with lemongrass is superb. We tend to go there are least once every 2 weeks--for the price, it is easier than cooking at home!

Great food, Great portions, Great Condiments. I ate dinner with my 2 year old daughter. She loved the lemongrass chicken soup and I had the house special I saw the staff eating; Beef with bean curd soup made spicy. The staff was friendly and they provided fresh basil with meal as well as mung beans.

Great authentic food!. This is good authentic food. Big portions and great service. It is small and out of the way - but worth traveling to.

don't judge a book by its cover!. Excellent food, spiced the way you request...the pho and #43 were suggested and great! BYOB made for a good evening for a group of friends. Pleasant, simple, friendly environment.

where's the vietnamese food?. just had dinner at this initially promising joint. read the previous reviews and maybe my expectations were too high. had several dishes to try out. this place is not worth traveling to the shabby neighborhood. you'll be better off if you went to the supermarket and bought some instant soup noodles and made it at home. not too cheap and completely over-rated. the place is so small and doesn't look too tidy. they are cheap on giving condiments and the portions are so, so small to vietnamese standards for pho. try your luck at the supermarket, you'll be better off.

Show me the pho!. Huge portions of flavorful Vietnamese broth soup with your choice of meat (optional) for under six dollars. Also reccomended: beef wrapped shrimp appetizer ($3 for 2 pieces) and coffee with condensed milk ($3). Not reccomended for large groups because the restaurant is so small, but a great off-beat date choice.

A great meal at a great value with a purely unique taste.. The Scene
A small, 10-table Vietnamese restaurant that's sparklingly clean and neat. You are greeted with a smile and a pot of steaming and aromatic jasmine tea, quick and efficient service, and a most happy, helpful hostess.

The Food
The meals are authentic homestyle Vietnamese. The centerpiece of the menu is pho, the traditional Vietnamese soup. Here, there are fifteen permutations available, with both chicken and beef bases. A side dish of basil, mint, bean sprouts, lime, and hot thai pepper is served to add in as one sees fit. The next course must be one of the delicious rolls. Goi Cuon, or summer rolls, is a combination of pork, fresh, crips vegetables, and shrimp wrapped in a rice-noodle wrapper. Dipped in a brown bean and ground peanut sauce, it is delicious.

Main courses consist of bowls of noodles or rice, filled with grilled shrimp, barbecue pork, beef, eggrolls, or whatever you like mixed in. Fresh lettuce is added, as well as a sweet and sour sauce, and the whole thing is tossed like a salad and eaten.

Great Eats!!!. I have had Pho and various copycats all over the country and Pho Minh campares favorably to all. I have taken numerous friends and family there and every one I take becomes a regular. The service is great the portions huge and the price can't be beat. Add in the excellent quality of the food and you can not "Pho" wrong!!
