ski north is skier friendly. I bought a new pair of ski boots at Ski North only to find out 6 weeks later that they were terribly uncomfortable. Even though the boots were worn for 8 hours (and a bit scuffed) and the 30-day merchandise exchange period had elapsed, Ski North happily took them back and allowed me to choose another pair of boots. They even readjusted my bindings and gave me credit for the difference in cost. Talk about a good business sense! I also found the owners and staff to be quite helpful and friendly. I would surely do business with them again!
SKI NORTH HAS GONE BANKRUPT. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS but it won't let me submit my review without at least one!!! - SKI NORTH WENT BANKRUPT - I ordered and paid for skis from them for my daughter for Christmas the day before they went bankrupt - they have my money and I have no skis! I can't get ahold of the owner - unethical behavior and inexcusable! We have been faithful customers over the years buying 3 snowboards, skis, helmets, ski/board bags, jackets, annual tune-ups,goggles, etc - and now I lose MY hard earned money and my daughter's Christmas gift because THEY go bankrupt???? Why should I be financially penalized and they are unaccountable???? They plan to reopen under a new name - I will never shop there again!
A ski lodge in between slopes of car dealerships this place waits patiently year-round in preparation for falling white powder..
