DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!. Spirit of Halloween is the WORST COMPANY EVER!! Item ordered 9/23 for 2nd-Day Air. Not received by 9/29, called and checked, they said it was now on backorder until 10/15 (not told this prior!). Told it would ship that date and get to me on 10/19. On 10/16, still no tracking info, so I call again and am told it's STILL not in stock. When asked why I was told it would be in and I'd receive by 10/19, they had no information on that!! Now being told they don't know WHEN it will be in stock. Asked for manager to call me back, manger never did!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I RECOMMEND YOU TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!!

shop elsewhere.. My issue with this store is this: I went in September 21, *was told there was no time limit for returns* and then go in to find signs evertywhere stating 'no returns/exchanges after october 17th" and its only the 18th!!!! insane. and the 'manager' practically ignored me. not to mention one of the things i bought is literally falling apart.

i hate this store.

These "superstores" are for the man or woman who takes their Halloween seriously. Their motto is, "We're not just an aisle in a party store!". The Scene
Spirit Halloween has hundreds of costumes, for infants, kids and adults, all at budget prices. Trick-or-Treaters wanting to sport the latest trends in Halloween costumes will have no trouble finding them here. If you want something a little more unique, try the "Spirit Exclusive Private Label" costumes.

The Trends
According to them, Austin Powers and Dr. Evil are big this year.

Who's There?
People who want good deals, people who want to spend more. People who dig masks. (They have one-of-a-kind masks, too.) The stores are more than 15,000 square feet. Wear comfortable shoes.
