The Scene
The building's front features a deco back bar and thickly painted tin ceiling, while the back is neon lights, cinder block and a drop ceiling. But at Cupka's Cafe II, the original Cupka's is several blocks away in the Flats, it's not about the décor, rather its about food, drink, and conversation.
Who's There
Blue collar construction workers ducking away for a quick one, no collar techsters from nearby start-ups, college types, yinzers.
Closing Time
Regulars, passers-by, staff and bar hoppers all gather for the cheap macrobrews, huge servings of good grub, and great stories and jokes, Although it sees its share of crowds, many find that Cupka's II is a retreat from other places on the South Side. On warm nights, the crowd overflows on the sidewalk.

great place to watch the game. We were there this past weekend and had a fun time. It seems like a real 'pittsburgh' bar. We will go back here for steeler games if we can
