This apt was not only filthy, but unsafe. The door jam was broken and ajar, the steps were a hazard that caused injury, the landlord enters the apt without notice, he never pays…more

The house was never cleaned or painted before we moved in. The walls and ceilings were water damaged and crumbling... The ceiling on the top floor actually caved in and it took weeks…more
